Nose Bleeds, Kisses And Money (Manifesting Desires)
(by Susan James)

Any of us reading this, most likely have been through the self-
improvement genre of reading material. And we might recall the
familiar cliche that the thing that scares us to death, is the very thing
we are to be doing with our lives.

Some of us will expand beyond that thing, and actually do what the
flow of our lives are leading us to. Some of us wont.

The money is in the flow of us doing those things that scare the pee
out of us. But what I know now, (of course) that I didn't know then, is
that we don't have to have the pee or blood scared out of us, in order
to do what brings us the abundance we keep asking for.

My first great job out of college, brought me a major moment that I
backed down from. I've never backed down from anything that I said I
would do. But this moment scared me and the fear in it, caused my
nose to bleed, and I *got out of* having to do it.

Here's the short version:

I was asked to make a speech at a State Convention which was a
gathering of city and county municipalities and their staff. I had to do
it, since it was my *job*. I didn't want to do it at all. On top of the
fact that I didn't want to it, due to whatever insecurities I had at the
time, I also had some extra body weight on me that added to the mix.
Not a good combination for me or anyone.

The day came and my friend and co-worker had traveled to the state
capital and stayed over as you do for these things.  (Which also
usually involved sex and alcohol, but that's another story!) I was so
nervous about what I was to do that it was frightening. I didn't have a
clue of how I was to pull this off.

It was so unlike me to try and get out of something like this, however,
I was so upset on many levels about doing this, that 15 mins before I
was to hit the stage, my nose began bleeding. (And I know what you
are thinking and no I did not!)

There I was, in the bathroom down the hall from the large filled
meeting room, and my nose was bleeding. I couldn't go on with my
nose bleeding. Panic ensued. My friend and co-worker had to read my
notes and take over my spot. It was the only option. I got out of it.

I didn't know then what I know now about managing my space from
an energetic physics point of view. I didn't know how to bring the
circumstances and events to my life that would keep me in the flow of
all good things and my overall intention would be met along the way.

I didn't know then, that struggle and pain and nose bleeds don't have
to be a part of how we get from where we are to where we want to be.

I didn't know then, that what we want for our lives could just walk up
and kiss us on the cheek, if we would only teach ourselves how.

It does take teaching ourselves how. Its not hard, but it does take
consistent effort.

My life keeps showing up and smacking me with kisses. THAT is so
much better than than those 2X4's and BreadTrucks that used to mow
me over.

I have taught myself well the language of consciousness, the dialect
of god, and I have changed all aspects of my life along the way.

We are given the tools and guidance from everywhere. It will meet us
at what ever level we need met. We however, have to play a part. We
have to say YES to it.
