Ok.....what's this cleaning our brain really about, and how can we do
it, the easiest way?

We have to give our brains a bath, in order to clean them. We have to
give them a *light bath*......We clean them with light energy.

The first step in cleaning our brains with light energy is to get clear on
what we want.
The second step is write it down...every single day.
The third step is to speak it outloud, every single day.

If you aren't willing to at least do those things above, And
understand why the simplicity works, then you wont use the more
powerful, easier tools and instruments, because you simply wont do
it. Your brain will be too full of gunk to understand, recognize and
appreciate what you would then have your hands on.

The above steps are the sponge bath for your brain.
The full bath comes with more powerful, and easier methods.
