How Do You Know? (Manifesting Desires)
(OR The 2 Phases of MUD)

Teaching ourselves to manifest can be very complex. The complexity
of it, involves our humanness. However, complex or not, our human-
ness is still very much a part of the manifesting equation.

In my own experience, I've twiddled it into 2 general phases.

Phase I. We are in our own way, but don't know it, in spite of our best
efforts. Phase II We are in our own way, do know it, but have tons of
help anyway, and yes, still, in spite of ourselves.

Phase II is the best place to be in. We know we might be messing up
in some way, in regard to having the lives we prefer. We may not be
sure how we are messing up, but life still feels a bit hard; that's our
clue. But we've done enough work on ourselves that we are
knowingly helped from Grace, from the higher realms, from our
higher natures. Meaning, we realize, thank goodness that our human
selves don't have full charge over our lives. AND we are *so glad* of
that!

Phase I is like we have been in a mud fight. We have mud all over us,
and the cure for cleaning off that mud is a good bath or shower. That
type of mud cleans off pretty easily.

In life events, its like trial and error. Win some lose some. But in this
phase we still pretty much keep running round and round the same
problems and challenges. We never seem to move very much ahead in
our lives, much less making our dreams come true .

Phase II, if we get this far, deals with mud on the inside of us. It's
become hardened  and crusty. Some of us have to blast that type of
mud off of us. It's on the inside and many of us don't know its there,
much less how to clean ourselves from it.

Phase II is more about understanding at new levels what trust in the
unknown really means and can look like. Those of us that have
trouble trusting anyone, have a real challenge in trusting in something
we cant even see. At least in human relationships, we can see who we
are not trusting or only trusting so far. But in this area of the
unknown trusting, we cant see anything to know what we are trying
to trust in.

How can we expand into Phase II, where in spite of our human selves,
we can know on a new level that we are being taken care of? And that
it just might be in the ways that we would prefer and love?

We do it by cleaning off the mud from the inside. That mud is all
caked up in our frontal lobe area of our mind space. Do you have a
thick skull? (Comes to mind as a cliche')

Cleaning off mud from our skin takes a water bath. Cleaning off mud
from our frontal lobe takes a light bath.
