I couldn’t help but stop to pay homage to them as I traveled my way and stopped for a moment to take their pictures.

Somewhere along that long rustically beautiful highway called the Al-Can you come across a traitorous area where the highway is lined with graves of those who have come before you. This spot thought beautiful is curving with steep down falls on the sides as the highway which has claimed many for its own makes its way along the mountains passes.

Here in this dangerous yet beautiful scenery you can hear them those passed on who stay upon this spot waiting in heavenly silence for judgment. Reaching out to those who travel this place telling a story for deaf ears to hear.

I couldn’t help but stop to pay homage to them as I traveled my way and stopped for a moment to take their pictures. These long gone yet still here ghosts of the Al-Can touched my heart and soul with their saddening stories as they reached out to make contact to the travelers trying their fate in the mountains icy splendor.

I wished I could have spent more time here in this part of history. To explore the mountain passes more and enjoy the natural beauty of my surrounding here where mountain sheep are aplenty, touched by the ghosts of the Al-Can highway. This will remain in my mind for earthly time till I stand in wait as they do.
