Actually, more important, what was the context of when and where He drew it?

In the 2004 movie, The Passion of the Christ, we are shown what Christ drew in the sand during the trial of the woman caught in adultery. The recorded visions of 19th century nun Anne Katherine Emmerich were the basis of that scene. Her writings have been examined and found to contain nothing contrary to church teachings. At first blush, the line in the sand could represent the delineation between good and evil. The bisected snake could represent defeated evil. But, we must look beyond the obvious interpretation to the far more overarching profound. 
A woman was about to be killed right before our savior’s eyes. What was so important to cause Him to ‘stop, drop, and sign’ referred in John chapter 8? When holding a trial in the temple ‘court’ yard, it was typical to write the law involved, and the names of witnesses in the sand. But given the surrounding context, Jesus was looking beyond the present circumstances to the future salvation ‘big picture’ trial.

ALL THE STARS SEEMED TO ALIGN 

Please read my article titled “God’s Alarm Clock is Going Off and There’s No Snooze Button”. It reveals that our solar system is currently aligning with the center of our Milky Way galaxy (1998-2026). The line drawn in the sand thus represents the plane of the ecliptic. Over the galactic center stands the constellation Ophiuchus (The Serpent Holder). The serpent that Ophiuchus is holding is a separate constellation. In fact, there are two separate constellations! Serpen Cauda (serpent head) and Serpen Caput (serpent tail) is the bisected snake drawn by Jesus. Christ was ‘fast forwarding’ to the trial of humanity that is about to occur. But what caused Him to temporally jump ahead?
1. He saw the ‘Great Sign’ of Revelation 12 play out in front of Him by virtue of the woman dressed in the sun with the temple open behind her. Additionally, she was standing on rocky, sandy, moon like ground. The men standing around, holding stones represent the dragon about to hurl 1/3 of the stars down to the Earth (Cometary storm of Rev 12,4).
2. The festival that was occurring at that moment is intimately involved in those future events.

THE 3RD TIME IS THE CHARM

There were 3 harvest festivals requiring all Jews pilgrimage to Jerusalem. Passover (Jesus’ Passion) and Pentecost (Holy Spirit descends) have been used by God in the promulgation of Christianity. The 3rd and remaining feast has not been used (Yet!). Let’s compare Spring and Fall festivals.

Spring Harvest
Nisan 1 is Lunar New Year
Nisan 10 is when sacrificial Lamb is chosen
Nisan 14-21 is Passover and Feast of Unleavened Bread (desert manna)
Seven weeks after is the giving of the law (Which becomes Pentecost)

Fall Harvest
Tishri 1 is Solar New Year
Tishri 10 is Yom Kippur
Tishri 14-21 is the Festival of the Tents (40 years of desert travel)

Much more could be said, but you can see the similarities. There is an eschatological theory that God’s next big move will be during this fall festival.

IT’S AN “IN TENTS” SITUATION

In John chapters 7&8, this fall festival is taking place. Jesus tells His disciples that He is not “going up” to the required festival. Contrast this to His Passion the very next Spring where He “must go up”.
He actually does go up to the feast, but in ‘stealth mode’ and appears 3 days later (John 7,14).
So He is “missing” for 3 days just as He was at 12 years old, exactly 20 years earlier, only to be found teaching again at the same temple. I think this all relates to the recent times prophesied ‘3 days of darkness’.

Jesus so much as says this festival will be involved in future ‘end times’


“What I tell you in the darkness, speak into the light; what you hear whispered in your ear, proclaim upon the housetops.”
(Matthew 10,27)


“So it will be on the day the Son of Man is revealed. On that day a person who is on the housetop and whose belongings are in the house must not go down to get them, and likewise a person in the field must not return to what was left behind.”
(Luke 17, 30-31)


During the festival of the tents Jews are required to live in tents each year. Rural persons in their field, and urban persons on their housetops. But what year during the fall festival is this prophecy going to be fulfilled? I think October 3, 2033 (see blogs)

THAT’S A BIG 10-3 GOOD BUDDY!

1. This foregoing biblical scene took place in 32AD. Yom Kippur was October 4 in 32AD. Hebrew days start at sunset, making the day before preparation day (October 3rd).
2. Saint Francis, who the current Pope is named after, feast day is October 4, but the Franciscans celebrate his day of death, called the Transitus on October 3rd. In 1226, when St Francis died, October 3rd was Yom Kippur.
3. Ann Katherine Emmerich, whose visions are involved, was beatified by John Paul II on 10/3/2004. One of the last sainted by him before his death. It was preparation day for Rosh Hashahna, the start of fall festival. Also, On 10/3/2004 and every 8 years before and after (for the last several centuries) the star Regulus (Leo’s paw) approximates over top of the planet Venus. Much can be made of this symbology. (Now, Regulus is even more than symbolic, read articles Why 2026?, and A Riddle Warning Of The Warning.)
4. The following year, October 3, 2005, the Great Sign of Revelation 12 happened (see article named such), actually on Rosh Hashanah, thus signaling the start of what is coming. Remember the connection to the scene of the woman in 32AD.
5. Exact dates mentioned by Nostradamus are very few. October the 3rd is one of those few. His predictions can be related to all of this (future article)
6. Lucia, the primary visionary of Fatima, took vows both in 1928 and 1934, not on October 13th, as when the Fatima apparitions were, but on October 3. Fatima has much interconnection.
7. When I discerned October 3, 2033, I did not know that it is also Yom Kippur. It will be 2 thousand years since Christ’s crucifixion (See blog about 21st century recapitulation of the life of Jesus).

NO, YOU ARE NOT A KKUK!

As I was finishing this article last week, I was cognizant of the fact that I have been wrong a couple times now on exact date prediction. Also, I was finishing with a bible verse that I thought I could do better with. Then yesterday’s reading at church grabbed me. Here it is.

“Then the Lord answered me and said: Write down the vision clearly upon the tablets, so that one can read it readily. For the vision still has its time, presses on to fulfillment, and will not disappoint; if it delays, wait for it, it will surely come, it will not be late.
