There are growth processes which many Christian's are not aware of. Lack of this knowledge is responsible for the staunted growth of many christians

The Growth Process In Christianity
Christianity is characterized by growth process but most of us are ignorant of this, for lack of knowledge, God's people perish. One of the characteristics of every living organism is growth. Progressive increase is the desire of human beings in what ever thing they do, communities grow, ecomomies grow, business grows etc. God also expect that every child born of the spirit and water to grow. Unfortunately, Christians who are born again many years ago, have remained the way they were since they were came to Christ. Something is fundamentally wrong and something must be responsible for this stagnancy.
In human physiology, there are basic nutrients needed for growth and development and absence of that leads to stunted growth and malnutrition. The parents are responsible for the provision of food to the new born especially the mother who provides the breast milk for their infants, in the breast milk, is the colstrum which helps the baby fight against diseases and germs and ensure normal growth of the child. At a time in the life of a child, the nutrition changes from milk to solid food. Every born again child of God that belongs to a church is expected to be nourished by the pastors who serves as spiritual fathers and mothers. At the early stage, milky word of God is given to believers but there comes a time when solid word of God is needed to enhance adequate growth and strength of believers.
Unfortunately, spiritual fathers and mothers have refused to give the right kind of food to infants and the adolescent children whom God has placed in their care. Some have chosen to breastfeed their adolescent children and most unfortunately, the milk is poisonous and injurious to the baby adults. This has resulted in stunted growth, sickness, malnutrition, mental illness, mental slavery, spiritual kwashiorkor, blindness etc. A survey of the reason behind this criminal negligence on the side of pastors reveals that demonic invasion and selfish aggrandizement is responsible for this. Every crime has a beneficiary and a looser. The devil and the pastors co-benefits in this raid while the worshippers are the apparatus for the spiritual experiment of increase in hell population mandate.
In my first book "The Mystery Of The Cross Revealed" I came up with a pathway to spiritual maturity which was revealed to me by the Spirit of God. This pathway is an unavoidable template for anyone who wants to grow spiritually. I will pull it out from my first book and show you what is expected of every Christian and how pastors have neglected the cross and perverted the word to keep Christians in perpetual stagnancy and mental slavery.
Most Christians believe that Christianity is an El Dorado and the pastors who are supposed to push people to the maturity level are either ignorant or are economical with the truth hence permanent babies in our churches. "Adult-baby Christians" who are chasing miracles, prophesies, prosperity and abracadabra signs and wonders are now on the increase due to unbalanced spiritual diets that are dished from our pulpits every Sunday. Bible miracles were performed to attract unbelievers to Christ. Miracles are for babies, Paul was sick but received grace and not miraculous healing and Timothy had gastric intestinal disease and Paul prescribed little wine for his medication and not miracle of healing. One hundred and twenty disciples in the upper room received the Allosparacletos and the responsibility to take the gospel to those who have not heard about Jesus starting from Jerusalem, in all Judea and in Samaria and unto the uttermost part of the earth. They also received attack and persecution as result of this responsibility. Baby Christians cry for comfort, pursue selfish gains, seeks miracles, takes no responsibility and feed on milk but mature Christians takes responsibilities to expand God's kingdom through missionary service.
For everyone who lives on milk is unskillful in the word of righteousness, since he is a child. But solid food is for the mature, for those who have the power of discernment, trained by constant practice to distinguish good from evil". (Hebrew 5:13-14) ESV.
Apostle Paul made a comparative analysis of human physiological growth and Christian spiritual growth. The process of nutrition and growth is the same; it is appalling that solid food is introduced to the daily ration of a physical two year old baby but a man of fifteen years in Christ is looking for milk to feed on. Baby Christian are not skillful in the word that teaches the right standing in Christ, they cannot take the solid food (Christian suffering doctrine) they are deficient and cannot discern between the good and evil because they have not received training through self denial, cross carrying, following Jesus, discipleship, Missionary service and sonship attainment. Immaturity and inability of Christians to distinguish good from evil is responsible for the manipulations and latent abuses in our churches today. The captors keeps the captives in perpetual captivity by disallowing them to know the truth about the kingdom of God which is not of eating and drinking but of righteousness, joy and peace in the Holy ghost. (Romans 14:17) It takes spiritual milk to bring us and establish us in Christ but solid food is needed if we must advance and make heaven.
"Strengthening the disciples and encouraging them to remain true to the faith. We must go through many hardships to enter the kingdom of God," they said. (Acts 14:22) NIV.
Apostles Paul and Barnabas encouraged their converts in their first missionary journey to continue in the elementary doctrine (faith) but must understand the bitter truth of what lies ahead as they proceed in their Christian journey. On their first meeting with the converts Paul and Barnabas gave them milk but on a second visit they decided to give them solid food without being afraid of how they will receive it. They did not lie to them to sow seed which God will multiply, they did not tell them that by next week, they would all become millionaires, they did not tell them that Jesus have suffered for them and they need not to suffer as Christians, they did not tell them that Jesus died poor in order to make them rich, they did not tell them that since they have received Christ that they are now qualified to enjoy the kingdom of God. They simply told them to prepare because a lot of suffering, persecution and trouble await them as they carry their crosses to follow Jesus. The word of God has not changed. What has changed are the preachers due to influx of wolves in sheep clothing which are commissioned by the devil to mammonize and modernize the gospel. Their major assignment is to make the gospel sweet to the flesh and distract the people from the truth and reality of the gospel.
