I have just completed reading one of our own Authors Den poet's new book...Stewards of Spirit,, Awakening in the Light of Rachel's Ballads. The book is a highly unusual and unigue combination of poems dealing with the biographical life of a spirit the author feels a definate kinship to. Through good times and bad times it follows Racheal', a Pioneering woman of values and spirituality through her life cycles. The last section of the book (the Epilogue) gives a sense we;; being and ways to attain that well being as the heroine of the story...Racheal managed to do in the end. For poetry readers and searchers for well being I highly recommend this write.
