Partners in Health
The Harvard-affiliated Partners in Health, that has provided medical services to poor Haitians for over twenty years, is giving medical assistance to those affected by the Earthquake and is seeking donations.

RN Response Network
More than 1,500 registered nurses from across the U.S. have responded to the call by the nation's largest organization of registered nurses for volunteers to provide assistance to residents of earthquake devastated Haiti --leading the RNs to now issue an urgent appeal for the public to support these efforts with donations of funds to support travel costs and medical supplies on their upcoming emergency nursing mission.

Charitable contributions will be used to pay for travel/related costs and medical supplies for volunteer RNs on their emergency nursing mission in Haiti.
Doctors Without Borders operates a free trauma center in Port La Prince and also an emergency hospital in the capital for pregnant women, new mothers and newborn infants. All three primary hospitals were destroyed in the quake but DWB quickly set up temporary shelters and offers on-site emergency care.
