Hi everyone. It's Jan 20, 2016 and I have set lots of goals for this brand new year. I have slowly been moving forward since the death of my husband, Richard,in July of 2012. It has not been easy to adjust and live with out him, but with the help of God, friends and my family I have been able to go on.
I still have Alzheimers and it has increased to about forty five percent in my brain. A Pet scan done last fall showed the increase. My memory is still quite good most of the time. I challenge my brain in many ways to keep my cognition skills up to par. Many still do not know I have this illness.
Lots of other health problems plagued me in 2015 and for a while I was not in very good condition. I've seen specialists and am keeping a positive attitude. I always remember "The Little Engine That Could" and that helps a lot! All of my children have been helpful and caring. I am so blessed to have them near by!
I have set a lot of goals for 2016. Hopefully I will get them completed.
I am not able to work any more. My life is full and I keep busy, busy.
My family is growing and next May I will have another great grand son.
