Sometimes it's better just to listen to others
instead of replying back..Sometimes it's better to lend a
hand than to see someone suffer and carry the load
alone.
Sometimes in life we take things for granted and never
learn to appreciate it until it's gone. Don't you sit around and wait the last minute. Because you're not that cute that you can't praise the LORD.
Live each moment as though it was your last and thank God. We just don't praise Him enough. We hope we're not talking just to hear ourselves talk. We hope somebody out there in Internet land is being touched by this short message.
What does it take to get you to praise the Lord?
Often, the preachers seem like they gotta' sweat tears of blood trying to lead testimony service before the congregation of believers get into the service. We should NOT have to pump you up when you walk through those church doors.
Why does the keyboards and drums have to ring out loud and clear throughout the sanctuary before anybody will clap their hands?
Before anybody will stand to their feet that the Lord has blessed them so kindly with?
Before anybody feels like giving a testimony to the goodness of the LORD JESUS CHRIST and all what He has done for you?
Dontcha' you know how to open up your mouth and begin singing without the sound of instruments? Sista' and Brother preacher I can't carry a note.....
And your point is?
If, your singing unto the Lord nobody is looking to out sing anybody up in the church house. We come here to lift up the name of Jesus and praise His Holy name.
Something down on the inside called the Holy Ghost ought to have you moving. Do you have that fire that Jeremiah spoke about in Jeremiah Chapter 20 verse 9?
"9": Then I said, I will not make mention of him, nor speak any more in his name. But his word was in mine heart as a burning fire shut up in my bones, and I was weary with forbearing, and I could not stay.
Does things have to fall apart before you get up and begin to praise Him? Do you have to lose a loved one through death before you give Our Precious God the praise? Do you have to lose your job, your car, and people close to you all because your to proud to PRAISE HIM??
Walking around with a proud demon thinking only about yourself. I'm here to tell you that those proud demons got to go in JESUS name.
Hmm...It don't have to be this way. Stop being so into yourself. You're not that cute that you can't PRAISE THE LORD...You're not that cute that you can't be chastised of the Lord. Who do you think you are? Humble yourself before the Lord.
Amen somebody? Allow the Lord to minister to you. You know my parents used to say "A hard head makes a soft behind" and oh is it so true till this day. Having a hard head in the church house will make a soft behind.
