The point of the journey in the Earth Realm is to not judge. With all the things that we try to do, be and have, the reality is in not doing, being and having.
Making judgments on what is good is just as negative an energy as making judgments on what is bad. It is wasted effort causing most people great fatigue. It may be helpful to practice discernment so that you can make decisions for your own personal health and well-being. In doing that there is no need to judge yourself or another.
The act of discernment can only exist in the present moment. The act of judgment is a poison that blinds you to the present. It makes the past look dark and horrible and the future seems pointless because judging takes the truth out of everything you encounter.
So the point of the journey in this Earth Realm is to not judge, to walk your path and make no statements of "that is bad" or "that is good". Attaining this state of non judgment, if only for a few seconds, is the greatest freedom that can be experienced while still in a body.
