While meditating on this inportant subject, I came up with this as an answer to my inquiring mind.

                         
                             ETERNAL   LOVE

Why is Love the greatest of Faith, Hope and Love?

Love is the greatest because it lives with the Spirit.

"God is Love" so when the Spirit takes flight from the  body,
so does 'Love".

Faith and Hope are left behind for they are no longer needed. They are tools for this life only.

Wisdom, knowledge, piety and all the gifts and fruits of the Holy Spirit are no longer needed. So, they also are left behind. All we take with us is 'LOVE' which we have freely given.

Unlike the butterfly, who leaves behind his crawly body, and takes wings, we fly away to a new home in the sky.

We take on new life and are changed forever.

Unlike the butterfly who lives only a few weeks, we go on into eturnity.

Like education of the young is a preparation for adulthood, our life here is a preparation for what is to come, eternal life.

The choice is ours, eternity in the 'City Of Love' or 'Eternal Damnation.'

When we take flight, a new world opens : Like Christmas Day, a child's fantasy.
