SIGN OF RESPECT

Why do women cover their heads?
Same reason men remove their hats
As a sign of respect, for Jesus
is present there on the alter

We also geneflect as we come in
And sign with Holy Water to
banish Satan from the Church

We maintain silence to pray
After mass we visit with
others over coffee

We come to mass modestly dressed
Again to show respect
As Jesus is there in
The Blessed Sacrement

We sing songs and chant
Listen to the Word of God
pray and have the celebration
of The Last Supper

We receive Holy Communion
bread and wine blessed
by the preist, transformed
into the body and blood of Jesus

In closing, we pray in thanksgiving,
for our brothers and sisters,
healing of the sick and whatever

Then the priest gives his blessing
and we go to our homes and
business blessed by
Almight God
