Our Changing Ecomony
A few years ago
we put money
in the bank and
it became a holding
tank for overflow
of cash
Our tranactions were
made in cash or check
But now we have the
credit card, the
debit card and
the draft
I call that putting
your hand in my
pocket where my
hand should be
Now, even worse
they want the money
before you receive
the merchandise
What's next,
my friends, besides
death and taxes
Everyone wants money
and does very little
in return
Like doing yard work,
house cleaning and
health care
Labor is not
cheep
Be aware of credit,
where your money
is going
Interest can
eat up your dollar
'lil flower
