The Biological Mothers side of the story. Most adopted children grow up feeling they were not loved by their real moms, creating hard emotions against everyone who loves them, feeling they are not love worthy. Myself being A mother that gave away 3 children knows the real truth.
I Am working on this book to attempt to making my children understand why, They were never suspose to end up being adopted. but my actions or non-actions at the time created a ripple effect in our pond of life. I was 16 when My first daughter was born that same year my second daughter came along and was placed for adoption immeadiatly, as planned when I found out I was expecting again so soon after the first, It was in the same year. A few months later I aborted an infant and a few months later Once again I was Pregnant with my son, So by the time I was 18 I had three children, I held on and did my best until my eldest daughter was 3 1/2 and my son 7 month..... I was suffering with Kidney stones, A decathador sticking into my back with a urine bag strapped to my let...Yet once again my childrens father raped my while suposedly cleaing the wound site, that was it, I had enough and kicked him out of my life forever. Nancy Love Laing passed peacefully in her sleep on Thursday March 12th, 2015. Born August 8th, 1968 in Orillia she lived in Midland with her beloved spouse Gailand Pyke. She is remembered by her children Dane Amato, Meghan Amato, Kylene Mazur, Brad Hanrahan and Michelle Hanrahan. Mother, Yvonne Saunders, and siblings, Laura Rachel Manning, June Swan, Wanda Laing, Chris Laing, Leonard Laing, Marilyn Laing and Lynda Wright wish her a safe passage into God’s arms. An inspired artist, Nancy published a book of poetry “Prose from Within” in 2006, has been awarded the 2006 Poets Ambassadors Award, 2 Golden Poets, and 2 Silver Poets, has had 6 honorable mentions and has been inducted into the International Poetry Hall of Fame.

Hello Nancy, I was given up at birth. My mother stated that "being unable to look after my first son - how can I manage a second" and she made the difficult but necessary decision to give me up. I don't think this was an easy decision and I am glad she gave me life. I think about her and know she thought about me (she is deceased now). All the best to you in your project. Malcolm Watts
