Oh, how we take this life for granted, eating what we will, lack of exercise, and the distance we make from seeing the doctor can inevitably not to save our lives. It's time to get serious and choose life over death, and take better care of our hearts.
Yesterday the clouds surfaced, and roll call was beckoned and the soul of Gerald LeVert, awesome singer was called home after suffering a fatal heart attack at the age of 40 years old. Now, this certainly doesn't sound good, dying from a heart attack at the age of 40, especially in today's modern medicine should be unheard of, but it happened.
Gerald LeVert 20 year music career was more than phenomenal, he touched the hearts of many, and the music he sang left residue in many hearts. I am saddened, and in awe that life closed too soon for a man with much more to give in his promised career.
My hearts and prayers goes out to the family with deepest condolences. The man and his music will surely be missed.
The bottom line is, we have to take better care of ourselves, and get in touch with those nagging aliments that we choose to ignore. One may say, what can we do, we can get regular check-ups, get active, eat healthier, such foods that are rich in nutrients, like whole grains, green leafy vegetables, lean meats. Try to avoid refined sugar, butter (that clogs your arteries), and fatty meats. Get your cholesterol checked. Exercising is a precursor that aids in burning fat, and will increase the circulatory system. Find a routine exercise, and get busy, jumping jack in reps also helps, it pumps the heart, and get rid of those killer fatty deposits, simple walking 1-2 miles a 3-5 times a week is a great benefit to the body than sitting on the couch and doing nothing.
Lets take heave America, and avoid a premature death, and know that tomorrow is not promise to us, so lets take better care of ourselves heart to heart.

"HEART TO HEART"
Great overall topic, and yet saddening about LaVert.
Wonderful construction, presentation, and execution Loretta.
