As I watched the media broadcast in horror, I was in awe of how selfish, and malicious one can be, and how greed can play an important part to "who cares, who done it", not to mention the comments that was well addressed to bring realization on the network and publisher. Here I am, an active duty nurse, serving my country, have come close to death several times while serving for the country, and am caring for the young injured OIF's returning from Iraq, and still, I can't get my book in lights per say. Now, what do you think about that, can anyone tell me whats wrong with that senario?
Now, lets face it, in our society you are normally innocent before you are proven guilty, but OJ was proven guilty by a Civil Law suit.
How on earth can anyone with a sane mind would want to promote his book, especially, when the author was proven guilty in such a heinous crime; yes money, you got it! Have we become a money-ridden society at any cost? Lets just slap the families right in the face. Money played a key issue in this, and as a matter of fact, OJ said, himself, (paraphrase) "the reason I did it, is because my children, and I needed the money"; you think he should have thought about his children being without a mother first, when the crime occurred? Are maybe, he had it made in the shade, because of who he was at the time; a celebrity,which may have played a role in his fate, because anyone in their right mind knows a leather glove will strink over time, and who knows where the glove may have been, was it kept in heat? Or was it the great Dream-Team Lawyers he hired, or perhaps he thought he would just get away with "MURDER."
Whatever he thought it's not flying too well right now, and the network stationed will forever be remembered by this poise to promote, generate publicity (with bloody hands), and to simply raise ratings have just flunked the popularity test. The public was outraged by this selfish tactic, and they have spoken, they have set the motion, in-so-much that OJ books, and TV appearances have been snatched off the big screen and brought to a mega halt, bedsides who wants to see his face anyway, it's not like he is handsome.
Lets face it folks, whether he did it not remains questionable, but the bottom-line is, he will always be stigmatized as the one who did on that fateful June 11 night that maliciously attacked and killed Nicole and Ron.
So there you have it, what's your sounding voice?

The Simpson case has many unanswered questions which should prompt calm debate and discussion. Unfortunately the only response these days seem to be name calling and angst.
Simpson now seems to be saying that the title of the book was not his idea. He perhaps should have self published under a pen name and joined AuthorsDen.
