Generals, Lieutenants, Captains, Sergeants, and Privates, assemble yourselves into your positions! There is a mighty sound coming from heaven. Many have gone AWOL (absent without leave) and are MIA (missing in action). Blow the trumpet in Zion. Sound the alarm! Warriors unite and fortify for the move of the Holy Spirit that is being released now. We are the mighty expression of the Lord on the earth.

            The Body of Christ is one gigantic spiritual puzzle. The church is call the Body of Christ and is made up of individual members who must do their part to be in harmony and cooperation with others for the success of His vision. “For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ. For the body is not one member, but many.” (I Corinthians 12:12,14).

            God is the architect of a complicated entanglement of mystery design that is difficult for many to understand. His index system was predetermined before the foundation of the earth. “I have declared the former things from the beginning; and they went forth out of my mouth, and I shewed them; I did them suddenly, and they came to pass.” (Isaiah 48:3). It is this system of pieces of individual members that make the whole. Each unit is a valuable component to the make up of the whole grand design.

            Look at this simply using an actual puzzle for example, but also envision this idea on a global scale. As there are many parts, there are also location indicators. There are the outside edges, which make up the front line, and the center is the pivotal point, which provides a view to populate other remote areas in the puzzle. Sometimes in the remote areas, there are just one or two pieces waiting for another piece so that the connectivity can continue to complete the grand design.

            Many in the Body of Christ are missing from their part in this giant puzzle. The missing are missing for various reasons. One reason is that many have not received the knowledge of the gospel to complete the salvation process. How can they hear if one is not in place to preach and teach the good news? The body is incomplete because we are lacking members in very important areas. The irony to this is that there is room waiting and reserved in the Kingdom for them, because God created the grand design with them in His mind. He hears their hearts crying out to Him, but there is no one in that place to them of His love so that they can be strategically placed to fit into the Body.

            Some pieces are dislocated because of several relocations. The reasons, which are many, range from jealously to rebellion. Wrong alignment can create havoc in the Body and cause malfunctions to decrease the population in that area of the grand design. We must seek God to find and know our rank and place. You were created just for that position. No one else can fill it but you. You have all of the necessary qualities and components for the integral part in that location for that particular vision. “Just as our bodies have many parts and each part has a special function.” (Romans 12: 4 NLT).

            There are those pieces that are POW (prisoners of war), and have been captured by the enemy in one trick of deception or another. They are being held hostage simply because they could not overcome the will of their flesh and let the Spirit of God rule. Many had received salvation, but backslid due to the cunning subversive activity of the enemy. The enemy came to steal, kill, and destroy them from the onset of life to ensure that they would not fulfill their destiny. He started with strategic long range planning at an early age because he knew that they were dangerous to his kingdom. Now he has them bound and chained in deception, lacking the knowledge of the Father’s love and commitment to them. “I will heal their backsliding, I will love them freely.” (Hosea 14:4). Some pieces are called just to organize and implement rescue missions for the POW. Obviously, they are dangerous to the enemy, but the mission now is to arm them for the Kingdom in their rightful place.

            The great mystery of this design is that it is not a mystery for the Believers, but for the enemy. As we line up, the enemy is baffled because of our orderly submission to each other locking in as each piece fits jointly together. “That there should be no schism in the body; but that the members should have the same care one for another. And whether one member suffer, all the members suffer with it; or one member be honoured, all the members rejoice with it.” (I Corinthians 12:25-26). The Holy Spirit is looking for unity in the Body of Christ sot that His presence will be undeniably manifested like never before. It is that unity that opens the door for the flood of the Spirit for the signs, wonders, and miracles that we are constantly searching for. Unity among the brethren keeps the enemy on the attack looking for an opening to maneuver and attempt to come against the grand design of God.

            As we become one with each other, like Jesus prayed in John 17, our eyes will be open to the global vision of the cross. Many are strategically placed for finances, business, health, education and government. Every one and every gift that God has imparted is needed and important for the victory. There may be differences in doctrine, but there is one constant, the blood of Jesus, which has not lost its power and shed for all who believe.

“For there is one body and one Spirit, just as you have been called to one glorious hope for the future. Instead, we will speak the truth in love, growing in every way more and more like Christ, who is the head of his body, the church. He makes the whole body fit together perfectly. As each part does its own special work, it helps the other parts grow, so that the whole body is healthy and growing and full of love.” (Ephesians 4:4, 15-16 NLT).
