People of God, prepare for the makeover. God + Me=? It is the time to factor God into every aspect of your life. There are things that you could never imagine that are reserved n your name, waiting for you and you only.

            The prefix ‘Re’ means ‘again’ or ‘to go back.’ The verse in Jeremiah 18:4 speaks about the potter making the clay over. Even though the vessel was made over, the potter reworked the clay using the same original material. The makeover gives one a different look.

            The first part of the verse states that the clay was flawed, not taking the shape that the potter had planned, therefore being unusable. Nevertheless, because of the love of the potter, the process began again. Even though we have flaws, it is because of the Father’s love and mercy that we are not cast aside. He sees and He knows what He has put on the inside of us and the potential that is within.

            Many vessels can become unusable over time even though they have stayed in the potter’s hand. They are unusable because they do not fit the purpose that is needed during a particular time or season. However, they have the potential to become usable again. The flaws are invisible to man, but visible to the Creator. What are the flaws? Those small imperfections, the small foxes, that are identified as you go through the process.

            The makeover is a process that will take the vessel through crushing and squeezing to be shaped. This must take place prior to the firing and glaze process. Staying in the potter’s hand is of the utmost importance, because you will continually be made over for the display of His glory. He will finish what He started in you even if you do not know or understand what He is doing.

            There is a mark of distinction, His fingerprint is revealed each time in the process. This mark is indelible, which means it cannot be erased. It is visible as you are the advertisement of His power in and on you. Many will notice and comment on the change, expressing that there is just something different about you.

`           God loves us so much that we are always in the state of becoming, as long as we stay in His hand, to become again another. The full picture of who we are is not yet clear. Going through the process of forming leading to the filling, is only the beginning. He works on us so that we will eventually resemble Him and displaying His character.

            One of the ‘Re’ words to think about is return. Many need to return to our first love, when they first had the born again experience, when the love for Him was fiery and passionate. Another word is refine, the removal of all impurities that would hinder the flow of His spirit. The Body of Christ, needs a refreshing with new energy, new strength to come off life support and become weaponized for Kingdom advancement.

            The Father awaits, as He wants to do great and mighty things that cannot be explained through many vessels. He wants to refuel us with new oil.  He is standing with His arms wide open, waiting for a response.

 And the vessel that he made of clay was marred in the hand of the potter: so he made it again another vessel, as seemed good to the potter to make it.
