It is time to go and possess the promises of God that are waiting for us to be manifested evidence. There are things that have been ready and kept ready to the appointed time for release. Actually, some things are overdue for possession.

          We strive to know and understand the times of God so that we will be moving in agreement with His schedule. There is no more time to waste or second-guess His words. Miracles are waiting to happen, released for earthly manifestation.

          Have you ever noticed that there are certain promises that God repeats to His people over time? Does that mean that they did not believe or that they did not move in His time? Could it be that the promises have to repeated to find a place in the heart so that when it does occur, it will be remembered that God said it and He did it?

          In Deuteronomy, chapter 11, the promise is made about the land that the Israelites will enter. The territory is identified and given in verse 24, before any thoughts are given about movement for occupation. His word was and is the victory. All that is necessary is movement in His timing. He was speaking to those who had seen and experienced the signs, wonders and miracles. If you have ever experienced His power in your life, He is speaking to you about the moves that will be made. Listen intently for His voice. He is speaking.

          Prior to the word that God released in Deuteronomy, He gave a promise and a warning in the book of Exodus 23:20-23. He had a plan long before anyone realized. You are coming out and not empty-handed. First, He let them know that they had divine protection as angel had been dispatched and assigned to bring them into the prepared place. There are things that have been made ready and kept ready waiting on our arrival.

          The warning was and is to acknowledge that the angel was and still is acting on God’s authority. Obedience is the key. God said that He would be an enemy to their enemies and as they entered into the land, He was going to wipe out occupants, the ‘ites’, out of the land. The Word says that they were cut off. All they had to do and all we have to do is move upon the instruction that is given. Everything has already been taken care of.

          In this time, this century, the only ‘ites’ from that time that are in existence are the Israelites. God kept and keeps His promises. Time does not alter His Word. His Word alters time.

          You have to be prepared for what is prepared for you. Instructions are given before the movement. In the first chapter of the book of Joshua, the people were told to prepare to move because they were going to be in position to possess what God had promised. In chapter 2, spies went to Jericho and the hearts of the people because they had already heard about the mighty exploits of the Lord God on behalf of His people. As you move with preparation and purpose knowing that the Lord is with you, people will see and know that Jesus is in the midst of the move.

          By chapter 3 in Joshua, the Israelites had arrived at the crossing point. Before they followed the ark, the glory of God, sanctification was required because the Lord was going to do miracles and wonders among them as they were going a way that they had never been before.

          Are you ready to go the way that you have never been or even thought about before? Well it is preparation time. There are things that God has planned that were declared before the beginning of time that are not yet done. It is His blueprint and He will make happen everything that He has intended. His purpose will stand and He will hasten to perform the very word that He watches over until fulfillment.

          Prepare with an expectation as you move toward the mark of the high calling. Move towards the mark of destiny on the path that is set before you. He is with you and all of heaven and hell are watching to see if you will become that which was already written. Arise and move in step with him in alignment. Your territory is waiting for your feet to touch it and possess it. Let’s go get it. It is already yours!

Now get yourselves ready. I’m sending my Angel ahead of you to guard you in your travels, to lead you to the place that I’ve prepared. Pay close attention to him. Obey him. Don’t go against him. He won’t put up with your rebellions because he’s acting on my authority. But if you obey him and do everything I tell you, I’ll be an enemy to your enemies,

I’ll fight those who fight you.

Exodus 23:20-22

Remember this! He led his people out singing for joy;  his chosen people marched, singing their hearts out! He made them a gift of the country they entered, helped them seize the wealth of the nations So they could do everything he told them, could follow his instructions to the letter. Hallelujah!
