Have you ever awakened to a new day to only discover that the enemy has unleashed a strategic move to blindside you? The plan was to get you to change your focus and attention to what appeared to be a problem, fueled with the element of doubt to cause the lack of faith in that moment in time, for the answer. Even during this time, you were trying to figure out how to resolve the issue, causing you to forget the important fact of who you are and who was and is with you.

          Recently, I had and still have been in meditation on Psalm 91:14-16, and found seven ‘I Wills.’  “Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name.” Psalm 91:14 KJV. This verse contains two ‘I Wills’, with the foundation of love for the Almighty. The Lord knows your love for Him as He knows the heart of everyone that He created. Your trust in Him, especially during a trial of your faith, is always strategic in timing. The blindside is to unleashed to cause worry and forgetfulness of the Word of God that has been planted in your spirit.

          It is important to recognize when the Holy Spirit gives you a scripture to meditate on, especially if you are not able to move on. It is for your purpose and benefit. It is really preparing you for the NEXT. “It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.” John 6:63 KJV.

          Even in the midst of it all, He will lift you up to see above that which you have perceived to be an issue. “He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him.” Psalm 91:15 KJV.  These four ‘I Wills’, are indication that you are not a stranger and you know to call His name. It is because you have not cast away your confidence and continue to rely on Him, acknowledging that He is the Almighty God. He knows your voice and He will answer because of the promise to never leave you or forsake you. Besides Him knowing your voice, you know His, as one of His sheep.  The distraction of being blindsided temporarily, will have your thoughts in places that they should not be. He is with you and will deliver you. You may not see or understand the process, but it will happen. Don’t try to figure everything out. Don’t do the math on the miracle!

          After you have been rescued from that which has temporarily distressed you, He will honor you. The honor is the value of your endurance and perseverance. “Take with me your share of hardship passing through the difficulties which you are called to endure, like a good soldier of Christ Jesus.” 2 Timothy 2:3 AMP.  Be determined that you will not come out empty-handed. Remember that the ordeal is temporary and it is working for your good. “Consider it a sheer gift, friends, when tests and challenges come at you from all sides. You know that under pressure, your faith-life is forced into the open and shows its true colors. So don’t try to get out of anything prematurely. Let it do its work so you become mature and well-developed, not deficient in any way.” James 1:2-4 MSG.

          There is a great reward of a long life as you will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. “With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation.” Psalm 91:16 KJV.  He will satisfy you and show you His power, as well as fulfilling the many promises because He watches over his Word to perform it.

          So, go through with joy as you know that He has already perfected your concern. He is already in the tomorrow, the next day, the next week, the next month, and the next year and years to come. He is the Eternal One, outside of time. He is in the next and already provided the solution to what is needed.

And when you are old, I will still be there, carrying you.
        When your limbs grow tired, your eyes are weak,
    And your hair a silvery gray, I will carry you as I always have.
        I will carry you and save you.
