Recently, I attended an early morning intercessory prayer prior to the Sunday morning service and the words, ‘The Call Back.” Initially, my thoughts were about an audition or interview. But as I continued to meditate on the words, I got a different understanding and that the words were for encouragement, especially during these times.

            There are seasons of many different crises in the lives of people that range from personal to family to national. Considering the atmosphere and all of the elements that are affecting the mind of people, one must strive to have and keep hope. How do we do this with so much going on that is discouraging. Activate your Call Back.

            What is the Call Back? Call Back means that it is time to remember. “ This I recall to my mind, therefore have I hope.” Lamentations 3:21 KJV. Remember all of the things that you have experienced in the past that God did for you. Even in this time of uncertainty, how could you even forget? It is time to renew your mind and guard your thought life.

            As a born-again Believers, we are not designed to think like the world. “And be renewed in the spirit of your mind.” Ephesians 4:23 KJV. We have to guard our thoughts as there is much traffic of words (containers of power), in the atmosphere looking for an entrance through our ear gates and eye gates to find a place to settle and take up residence in the mind for wrong thoughts to then moving into the heart, which leads to speech that is far from the truth of the Word of God.

            “Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true , whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.” Philippians 4:8 KJV. This scripture is strategic with a list of instruction for the days of instability and chaos that are occurring. The word whatsoever is also translated to whatever. Researching the definition of whatever, the one that stood out to me was ‘No Matter What.’

            Using the words, ‘No Matter What,’ there is a strategy in the scripture that points directly to the Word of God. So, looking for a scripture to add to what I am to be thinking on, this is my list so far. ‘No Matter What, ’ I am going to think and meditate on the word which is true . “Thy word is true from the beginning: and every one of thy righteous judgments endureth for ever.” Psalm 119:160 KJV. In addition, “let God be true , but every man a liar.”  Romans 3:4. KJV. His words are always proven true , honest, trusted and are forever settled and do not fade away.

            ‘No Matter What,’ “the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.” Hebrews 10:38 KJV. Time to believe and be bold and courageous trusting in God’s plan. We all know the scripture that His plan is for our good and not evil to give us an expected end. Expect the end because He knows what He is doing as He is God, the creator of everything we know and see. Who else could have done these marvelous and majestic wonders? Let our faith be “springing from faith and leading to faith, disclosed in a way that awakens more faith. As it is written and forever remains written, “The just and upright shall live by faith.” Romans 1:17 AMP.

            ‘No Matter What, “Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him.” Proverbs 30:5 KJV.  His word is tested and His promises are true . We just have to maintain access and meditation on them, knowing that your strength for endurance comes from Him.

            ‘No Matter What,’ the Lord loves me with His everlasting love. “I have loved you with an everlasting love; Therefore, with lovingkindness I have drawn you and continued My faithfulness to you.” Jeremiah 31:3 KJV. That is a lovely thought to always remember.

            ‘No Matter What, there is a good report, and we have a testimony. “And we know with great confidence that God who is deeply concerned about us causes all things to work together as a plan for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to His plan and purpose.” Romans 8:28 KJV.

            In this process we are enriched in every aspect of our lives. ‘No Matter What’, add to your faith virtue.. Possess and demonstrate moral excellence. “For this very reason, applying your diligence to the divine promises, make every effort in exercising your faith to develop moral excellence, and in moral excellence, knowledge (insight, understanding). 2 Peter 1:5 AMP.
