Odell (NE) - P.L. Reed Wallinger delivers a remarkable crime romance in Forbidden
Fantasies. This is her third book in a wonderful line up of successes, with another
quickly following this fall. When P.L. was asked what made you decide it was time to
write, she states ” I had so many stories inside my head all the time which somehow,
with a houseful of kids, and an 8 to 5 job, the need to write was something I indulged in.”
“Then, all of a sudden, I turned 50” P.L. said “I looked back at my life and thought:
Wow! Where did the time go? I took an account of my life and made a list of things I’d
always wanted to do, but never done. I wanted a tattoo. I wanted to finish writing a
novel. I wanted to try to get it published. And, I wanted to learn to ride a motorcycle.
Well, the first thing I did was get my tattoo.
felt great; empowered me a little to take
the next step. I finished a novel. It was the scariest thing I’d ever done, but I sent it in to
a zillion-and-one publishers, and eventually, signed with Rain Publishing Inc.”

So when asked what is next for P.L she laughs and states “I guess I need to get that
motorcycle!”
