Two simple little words that remind us that self confidence does not come in bottles --self confidence come in cans...
"I cans!"

Self confidence is a belief in ourself.  It is wanting to try. Take

on the challenge before you each day. You may not get it right

the first time, but that's okay. You keep trying! You say

"I can!"

That makes you a winner...

And not a whiner!

There are a million "excuses" why you "can't", "shouldn't", or

"couldn't"

But the jackpot of all your dreams are

in saying...

"Yes, I can!!!"

Just believe in yourself and remember not to let fear

hold you back. Be afraid and do it anyway!  Everyone is

scared of something. It's nothing to be ashamed of. But,

don't let fear stop you from following your dreams

or goals. Take on the challenge, even if it seems

like it is very difficult. If it was too easy, what is the challenge

in that? Where is the growth in you?

Where is the "I can?"

Sure you can!!

Be true to your own self.

And you can never go wrong!

Yes you can!!

You can do anything you set your

mind to because you are

Awesome!!

You may feel strange saying this kind of stuff

to yourself, but just think about it.  Your own mind

controls everything you think, say and do. Why not

make friends with your own mind instead of having

it always find fear in new challenges?

Just look in the mirror and give yourself

a positive pep talk? If you are going

to talk to yourself, why not say good things?

Yes you can!!

You will see your whole attitude change and

your fear will turn to excitement for new

challenges and you will want to learn

new things.

Keep challenging yourself and you

will keep your mind strong!!

And who knows how much you will

achieve with this winning attitude!!!

Yes, you can!!!!

The jackpot lottery of self confidence!!!

Sweet Katie! YES WE CAN is the right attitude to hold on to for dear life. The whole point is in never giving up on what matters most to you. This is the Katie I have come to admire, now keep smiling no matter how many times you fall. Just get back up and TRY again. What a fantastic, uplifting piece this is....
