A powerful word.

We all seek happiness. We look in the oddest places

to find it.  Running in frantic circles actually believing that

someone else can heal our hurts and sorrows can kiss

away our pain.  Each of us sees the world through a different

set of eyes.  If you wake up each morning wondering if

the lights will be on at the end of the day, or worrying if there

will be enough food to put on the table this month, I am sure

you are in good company. 

Imagine a circle.

This circle is filled with friends that offer you everything

you think you want. At first, you rush into the circle and

you are accepted by the group. You have been outside the

circle so long that you are starving for attention.

What if the group suddenly turns on you?

They challenge you and say, "If you don't do everything

we ask of you, we will not like you anymore, you will

not be happy.

Depending on others to fill our happiness completely is never

a good idea. These people might just be using you for

curiousity sake or amusement or they are just plain mean.

False friends tell you what you want to hear, but run away

when the chips are down and you can't count on them

to stand by you. 

Now close your eyes.

Take a deep breath.

What are you feeling now?

Do you feel sad or happy?

Its okay to be sad sometimes, because its normal.

Happiness isn't a little cake we can cut up to feed our

appetites. We must learn to find happiness within ourselves

and not depend on others to provide the nourishment of

self love and self esteem.

You will always find a reason to smile in your life. No matter

how bleak things look now,  gather up your courage and walk

out of the circle, out of your comfort zone, sail across the ocean

and dare to discover who you really are....

Imagine yourself

Happy.....

Your heart beating wildly at the thought

of tomorrow....

and the beauty that is your life....

It's all about following

your heart, your passion

and being true to who

you really are....

Just Imagine...

Don't ever let ANYONE TELL YOU  THAT YOU ARE

NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!!

I think you are!! And so should you!!!
