His wife, a current cop, was surprised as well.  They just had a difficult time believing what they saw when they googled, " police officers arrested".  His wife then asked, " Robert, what police officer you read or heard of that had the most charges or arrests to date.  This was not hard for me to answer and I decided to share this with all my readers as I will forever remember this case.  

I want all of you to read this case carefully, very carefully.  And as you read it, think about your daughters and grand daughters!  You'll surely be sickened.  If you're not old enough to have daughters or grandchildren, just think about yourself.

Around 1998, a Georgia Police Officer by the name of  Herbert Rogers, a member of the Tifton Police Department, was charged 1,520 times, yes fifteen hundred and twenty counts of aggravated child molestation charges were lodged against him.  When my friend's wife, the police officer heard this she called me a liar!  After she calmed down a little and researched my statement by going to the report on the internet, she apologized and said something very special to me.  She told me that if she ever witnessed a fellow police officer violating a citiizen she would report that cop quick, fast, and in a hurry!  This really affected her deeply.

This particular police officer was charged with molesting a 17 year old 957 times!  Molesting a 14 year old 562 times. And molesting a eight (8) year old on a single count.  Noticed how the molestation offenses against the young kids were getting lower and lower? (17, 14, then 8).

This pattern follows the patterns of serial killers!  The more you do the crime the less you're affected by the crime. I never learn what  happen with his case as for as his sentence or even if he was found guilty.  But I imagine getting charged that many times one would expect at least probation right?  Bad cops exist, period!  Be careful all!
