WITS team members Sarah Moore and Mindy Schwartz are our author's assistants. Together, they help authors get their books in front of a wider audience through consistent blogging of quality content, writing and submitting media releases and articles, and by using social networking and bookmarking to raise an author's visibility in search engines.
WITS team members Sarah Moore and Mindy Schwartz are our author's assistants. Together, they help authors get their books in front of a wider audience through consistent blogging of quality content, writing and submitting media releases and articles, and by using social networking and bookmarking to raise an author's visibility in search engines. Also, by joining together, they offer the strength of two members who will work side by side to help authors achieve their goals. In this day and age it is hard enough to get one person to help you along with your project. Through the joint efforts of Sarah and Mindy, you will always be able reach one assistant if the other is not available.
Sarah is in charge of scheduling author interviews for our writing podcast and creating media kits that get the attention authors need to promote their books to radio and TV stations. Ms. Moore has written numerous high-quality bios, press kits, articles, book reviews, and content for Web sites. She writes the press releases for the WITS podcast, where her public speaking experience is also put to good use as one of the weekly hosts who interviews WITS clients and authors about their businesses and books.
Mindy's specialties include: coaching and mentoring to set up and maintain a high-traffic and sales-effective blog; stock, event, and product photography; link building; SEO writing; social networking and creating/posting trailers for books and businesses.
Mindy Schwartz is also the Owner and Project Manager for Full Circle Admin Services.
As a virtual assistant, she is also able to assist authors with administrative needs such as calendar management, data entry, Excel spreadsheets, job search services, letter writing, typing, and transcribing.
