Many people are quite aware of black tea. This is the tea product that we commonly find in local grocery stores and major super market chains. Green teas have been adopted by the health conscious. Therefore, is it any wonder that green tea is very popular with the average person?

The popularity is certainly attributed to the amazing health benefits associated with green tea. The question still remains. Are the benefits associated with green tea true ? In what way can the average person benefit by drinking the green tea?

Personally, I enjoy a good sip of green tea in the morning. Especially in the winter time. The subtle flavor is very enjoyable and is very good with just a drop of lemon and honey.

Drinking green tea is very relaxing and soothing. Helps one to unwind at the end of a busy day. The green tea gives you the feeling that you are actually doing something that is good for your body.
