No Worthwhile Ideas, Just the Politics of Outrage, Lies and Hate--The Old Bitter Hillary Clinton

Following the deadly shootings in Orlando, Florida by ISIS-sympathizer Omar Mateen, Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump reiterated his previously-stated plan to suspend the entry into the U.S. of unregulated and uninvestigated Muslim immigrants from Syria to ensure that ISIS militants are not among them.  Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton wasted no time pouncing on Trump for what she called, “anti-Muslim rhetoric.”  In familiar screeching hysteria, she condemned his proposal out-of-hand, even blaming Trump for inciting anti-American hostility among Muslims.  Perhaps Mrs. Clinton needs a hearing aid.  Perhaps she needs a therapist. 

The truth is that nothing in Donald Trump’s proposal of sensible and thorough investigations into the potential terrorist ties of Muslim Syrian refugees was anti-Muslim, hostile or derogatory toward Syrians or critical of Islam.  But for Hillary Clinton and the Democrat party, the die has been cast and neither the DNC nor Mrs. Clinton has any intention of changing it.  Trump will be portrayed at every turn as an insensitive misogynist, an anti-Muslim bigot and a racist.  Facts to the contrary will be rejected by the DNC and their media friends without a first thought. 

Hillary Clinton has offered nary a single policy idea, plan or proposal that in any way suggests that she has a hint of knowledge or insight about how to halt or limit the outbreak of deadly terrorist acts within the United States or without.  Her only position thus far has been to oppose any idea proffered by Donald Trump or Republicans. 

Clinton and contemporary Democrats seem to be constitutionally incapable of considering, even for a moment, that they could be wrong--ever--despite the fact that they always are.  And that kind of hubris in our present world is reckless, dangerous and inexcusable.  Instead, Democrats will double-down on a failed proposal or policy and blame Republicans or someone else for its ineptitude. 

There is no better example of this psychopathy than the incessant clamoring cries for renewed gun control efforts and the idiotic demonization of what Democrats and their media minions brand, “assault weapons.”  It matters not to the liberal mind that the Assault Weapons Ban sponsored by California Democrat Senator Diane Feinstein and others was absolutely useless in reducing the number of deadly mass-shootings in the 1990s and onward.  Despite its utter futility, Democrats seem determined to reinstate it.

Members of LGBTQ community blame “anti-gay laws” (liberal-speak for religious freedom restoration acts) and they will blame Christians who trust in the timeless Word of God.  The Obama administration blames everyone except itself and Islamic terrorists.  The Democrat-dominated media blames the F.B.I. for failing to stop Mateen from purchasing legal firearms, even though had they, civil liberties groups would have proudly and ferociously defended Mateen’s right to do so.  Democrat Senators Diane Feinstein and Chuck Schumer are claiming that suspicion by the F.B.I. of deadly intent should be a legitimate cause to deny a gun purchase.  It will be interesting to learn how they plan to describe that suspicion that allows the F.B.I. to deny a citizen’s Constitutional rights.

Despite the fact that nearly all of the policy initiatives that are formed in the first seven days following such a deadly event are ill-conceived, useless and unworkable, they come as surely as night follows day.  LGBTQ advocates are demanding special legal protections and sanctions even though such policies would, by design, limit the legitimate rights of all others.  The Obama administration has vowed to find out how such deadly acts could have been prevented.  But that likely means finding someone else upon whom to shift blame other than his political allies and Islamic terror groups.

The Obama administration and Democrats have been actively and intentionally deceiving the American people for years.  In his newly-released book, See Something, Say Nothing, former Department of Homeland Security agent Philip B. Haney claims that the Obama administration ordered DHS to delete scores of data records containing crucial information about individuals who are connected to a network of Islamic terror groups within the United States.  Haney says that the records deleted from the database may have allowed investigators and law-enforcement agencies to prevent the ISIS-inspired killings in San Bernardino and the latest one in Orlando by linking the gunmen to the terrorist network.

These revelations are not new.  They provide a clear indication that Democrats do not say what they mean, nor do they mean what they say.  Every word that comes out of the mouth of a Democrat politician must be scrutinized and decoded to determine what is true .  Their cronies in the media use this same tactic in order to sway public opinion and redirect public attention.  America cannot long endure this kind of blatant deception and manipulation from its own government. 

Democrat candidate Hillary Clinton has lied to the American people and to the families of the Benghazi victims.  She has endangered national security through reckless disregard for classified information.  She has no policy plans nor any idea that anything is wrong in America, claiming, “America is already great.”  She has said that the border is secure, despite ample evidence to the contrary.  But much of the legacy of the Obama administration has been placed in her hands.

Meanwhile, Democrats and the media will persist in deflecting the public’s attention toward gun-control, so-called assault weapons, anti-LGBTQ sentiment and anti-Muslim rhetoric and away from domestic Islamic terror groups and Americans will be in far greater danger with every passing day. 

It’s going to be a rough ride for Americans between now and January 2017.
