What you need to realize about the criminal enterprise known as the Democrat National Committee.

Many Americans believe that the Democrat National Committee is a political party similar to the Republican party except that it approaches public policy from the opposite perspective.  But new revelations from a multitude of sources illustrate that nothing could be further from the truth.

Democrat politicians habitually refer to America’s government as a democracy, in an attempt to claim some sort of originalist authority for their party.  However, the fact is that America’s government in not a democracy.  It’s tragic how many people are stunned or refuse to believe this.  America is a democratic-republic, or more precisely, a constitutional republic.  We are governed under the U.S. Constitution, not by the supreme will of the majority.  The manner in which we elect our government leaders is democratic, in that members of Congress and the president are those who gain the majority of votes. 

Today’s Democrat party, however, is not democratic in any way, manner or form.  Rather than representing the will of the majority of the American people, most policies of the DNC are contrary to the people.  For example, a majority of Americans oppose same-sex marriage, 57% to 37% according to Pew Research and yet, Democrats continue to promote it. 

Since 1975, Gallup indicates that the majority of Americans consistently believe that abortion should be restricted in some way.  Nevertheless, the DNC, Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama favor abortion-on-demand up until the last days of a full-term pregnancy.  Since 2010, a majority of Americans has opposed Obamacare by 53% to 45%, but Democrat politicians forced it through the Congress on a strictly partisan vote.  We now know that public statements made by Obama and Congressional Democrats were lies. 

Mr. Obama and Congressional Democrats told the public that they could keep their plans and keep their doctors.  That was a lie.  They told Americans that the speciously named, Affordable Care Act would cut the cost of premiums by an average of $2500 per year.  That, too was a lie.  Premiums have not gone down but increased by an average of $4200 per year, and beginning next year, they will increase by anywhere from 22% to over 100% in some states. 

The DNC is also hostile to the U.S. Constitution.  This is demonstrated by the fact that they will use the court system including the U.S. Supreme Court or illegal executive orders to enact laws that a majority of people do not support.  Senate Democrats were unable to pass “Comprehensive Immigration Reform” in the Congress, but never fear, true -to-form, Obama circumvented Congress by using executive overreach to achieve an increase in immigration despite promising 20 times that he had no intention of doing so. 

But even this was not enough.  Obama attempted to impose amnesty to millions of illegals by executive order.  Fortunately, a sensible federal court struck down the administration’s amnesty order and the Supreme Court has not been able to overrule it (much as liberals on the court would have wanted to).
 
Democrat politicians since 1968 have been anti-military, routinely slashing defense spending in order to use tax funds to purchase votes for themselves.  The Democrat party has made bogus claims of helping the oppressed, but most often, the opposite is true .  Through increased taxation and regulation, the people most seriously burdened by Democrat policies are the lower and middle classes.

Contrary to modern urban myth, the Democrat party is the party of division and racial discrimination.  It is the party of Jim Crow laws in the South, and anti-Christian bigotry and persecution.  Hillary Clinton told a Planned Parenthood conference, “Deep-seated religious beliefs must be changed.”  Why? So that abortion can be expanded.  As noted earlier, expanding abortion is not the what the people want, but it is what Democrat politicians demand, because the abortion industry pours millions of dollars into Democrat political campaigns.

Lyndon Johnson too, sought to limit the influence of Christians by surreptitiously inserting a provision into the Defense Appropriations bill in 1954 that gave the I.R.S. the authority to withdraw the tax-exempt status of any church that campaigned for or against any political candidate.  Why?  Because he lost an earlier election when several large churches publicly opposed him.  (Donald Trump has promised to reverse this discriminatory law).

Democrats are engaged in pushing a radical agenda to drive the United States toward socialism with themselves loftily , and, thanks to government-run public schools, many millenials have no idea how dangerous a threat socialism is to American liberty.  “Socialism,” it’s been observed, “is tyranny by deceit;” whereas “communism is tyranny by force.” 

Increasingly, Democrats refuse to enforce properly enacted laws that oppose their insanely radical agenda.  Targets of their lawlessness have been religious liberty, immigration, the right to bear arms, same-sex marriage bans and abortion restrictions.  The most extreme example of liberal-stupid has been the Obama’s transsexual bathroom policy for public schools.

Routinely, Democrats have demonstrated contempt for the American people, the Constitution, the U.S. military, our laws, and our economic freedom.  As such, they have become the party of anti-Americanism and anti-freedom, and therefore, they must be prevented from gaining significant political power in the United States unless and until their policy views reflect the American way of life.
