Three questions that demand to be answered by American citizens.
How is it that the American political party that claims kinship with the president who admonished people, “Ask not, what your country can do for you. Ask what you can do for your country” now tells this generation that they deserve the wage of a skilled worker even though they are unskilled, that they deserve “affordable health care” and that they deserve a “free” college education? JFK would find no place in the Democrat party today, and neither will any honorable citizen.
Why would any sensible person vote for a political candidate whose party opposes enforcement of the very laws its members helped to pass?
If it’s right and just to judge a private company by the quality of its product rather than by its corporate image, how much it claims to “care,” or the number of hours its employees donate to a cause, why is it otherwise, to judge public schools and governments by the same criteria?
