House Intelligence Committee memo discredits Mueller's probe and fake news netwerks.

This week’s release of the House Intelligence Committee memo exposing deep corruption within the FBI and the Department of Justice (DOJ) indicates the urgent need for a thorough and exhaustive investigation into both agencies.  Accusations of political corruption leveled against the FBI and DOJ are no longer merely speculative.  They are certain. 

The unclassified memo, published at the official House Intelligence Committee’s website,  https://intelligence.house.gov/news/documentsingle.aspx?DocumentID=856, states that the committee’s investigation “raises concerns with the legitimacy and legality of certain DOJ and FBI interactions with the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC).”  The Federal Intelligence Surveillance Act, which established the court, was formed to assist the FBI in detecting foreign terrorists, not to allow them to spy on U.S. citizens or an administration’s political opponents. 

Even before the memo’s release, Democrats and their dishonest media partners were hard at work condemning the report and its public release in a combined effort to minimize the explosive impact.  Ranking Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee, Adam Schiff, denounced the memo as “cherry-picking” of facts that support Republicans and the president.  ABC News White House correspondent, Jonathon Karl, falsely referred to the memo as “confidential,” suggesting that the information was classified.

The memo was carefully edited to avoid exposure of sources or methods used by the FBI and intelligence agencies to gather information.  Karl further reported that the release of the memo, ordered by President Trump, puts him at odds with FBI and DOJ leaders appointed by him.  This too, is false.  The actors involved in building the bogus case for surveillance and the appointment of a special prosecutor were holdovers from the Obama administration.

We now know that the notoriously fake Trump dossier was obtained by FBI informant and former British spy, Christopher Steele.  Hillary Clinton and the Democrat National Committee paid $160,000 to Steele for the phony 35-page dossier, through the law firm of Perkins-Coie.  Perkins-Coie contracted Fusion GPS to procure the report from Steele who got it from Russian agents.  The intermediate levels were obviously intended to provide the Hillary Clinton campaign with plausible deniability of the surreptitious effort to undermine presidential candidate Donald Trump.

The phony Clinton-funded dossier was used by the DOJ to obtain a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrant for the purpose of monitoring communications involving Trump campaign volunteer, Carter Page, and anyone with whom he had contact.  Subsequent spying on President-elect Trump led to perjury charges against Paul Manafort and retired general, Michael Flynn. 

Involved in the illegitimate surveillance on the Trump campaign, are none other than fired FBI Director, James Comey, and FBI Deputy Director, Andrew McCabe.  From the DOJ, Deputy Attorneys General, Sally Yates, Rod Rosenstein and Dana Boente all signed FISA applications based upon information known to be false. 

Adding to the massive scandal at the DOJ, Associate Deputy Attorney General, Bruce Ohr was working with Christopher Steele after Steele was terminated by the FBI.  Ohr’s wife was employed by Fusion GPS at the same time. 

Text messages between FBI agent, Peter Strzok and his mistress, FBI attorney, Lisa Page indicate that the two lovers were involved in leaking classified information to the news media.  The two met with and discussed their efforts with FBI Deputy Director, Andrew McCabe, who has since resigned. 

The Hillary Clinton campaign and Obama administration have been exposed to possible criminal charges.  To borrow the words of Obama’s former pastor, Jeremiah Wright, those involved in the FISA abuses have been “ridin’ dirty.” 

Release of the House memo validates President Trump’s claim that he was under surveillance by members of the Obama administration–a charge ridiculed by Democrats and fake news networks.  America’s news media can no longer be trusted to report the truth to the American people.  They have been utterly discredited. 

The memo turns the entire Mueller investigation on its head.  We now know that real Russian collusion was conducted by the Hillary Clinton campaign under the auspices of the Obama DOJ and FBI.  Abuses of the FBI and DOJ to undermine a presidential candidate and subsequently, an elected U.S. president, represent the most egregious betrayal of federal agencies for blind partisan advocacy. 

There must now be a full and complete special investigation into the depth and breadth of the FBI and DOJ for the purposes of cleansing those agencies of treacherous partisans.  Equal protection under the law demands equal accountability under the law.
