Let's be honest, shall we? Whether they choose to call themselves Democrats, libertarians or progressives, liberals are devoted to craven carnality, immorality and economic envy.

Liberals are having a difficult time these days.  When they aren’t clogging city streets protesting the rule of law, filing bogus lawsuits against the Trump administration over immigration enforcement or screeching libelous rhetoric on fake news television, they are busy celebrating the perverse, the deranged and the deadly.  Fortunately, none of it is working.  In fact, it’s backfiring. 

According to a recent Reuters poll, support for Republican candidates in the 2018 midterm elections is 6% higher than for Democrats.  Because Reuters is part of the coalition of liberal media outlets, the real advantage may be twice that high, or more.   

Whether they choose to call themselves, libertarians, Democrats or progressives, liberals of every stripe and spot follow an ideology devoted to craven carnality, moral weakness and economic envy.  They instinctively attack the morally upright exclusively from a prostrated position and almost universally without merit. 

For eight long years, Barack Obama and his cheering section dragged the United States into humiliation, misery and despair.  Some might say that the horrors of that awful period were necessary to awaken the nation and to prepare for the restoration that America is experiencing today.  I would tend to agree.  President Trump seemingly cannot be defeated.

Despite a three-years-running bogus federal investigation into Russian collusion, President Trump prevails and continues to accomplish what he promised to do.  In fact, the fraudulent federal probe is revealing disturbing details of an organized criminal conspiracy within the agencies that sought to take down a president and destroy a movement with whom the previous administration exhibited nothing but contempt. 

Facing a relentless and malicious onslaught of media attacks that are distorted at best; delusory at worst, President Trump succeeds like Samson slaying the Philistines.  The public stage play has been fascinating to behold. 

But the concern for many of us is that after modest gains have been made to reclaim American justice and freedom from the diabolical Left, the righteous will retire before the job is fully completed.  Past experience would lead one to predict that people will begin to again pay heed to the deceitful voices of compromise and sympathize with the enemy.  If that happens, the last state of the nation will be far worse than the horrendous chapter just past. 

Currently, however, there is cause for optimism.  Courage is contagious, and President Trump has inspired dozens of new leaders to join him in the political battles in Washington, D.C. waged on behalf of the American people to restore freedom and prosperity. 

Contrary to the false Democrat narrative, liberals do not hold a majority bloc in America and never have.  They are simply the loudest and most deranged voices we presently hear.  Neither are conservatives a majority.  We are not a binary population.  But the most promising cultural development of the past two years is that, as liberals stray further out of touch with reality, citizens are becoming increasingly anti-liberal. 

Democrats are learning that deceit is a risky political tool.  Once exposed to daylight, it explodes in the faces of those who employ it.  As the wicked wear their depravity like a crown, Democrats cheer and innocent people suffer.     

America needs a reset–not like the phony and meaningless Russian reset arranged by former Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton.  We need to return to the values and principles upon which the nation was founded–the principles which made the United States the beacon of hope to an oppressed world.  Faith in Almighty God, respect for the rule of law and the reestablishment of constitutional authority will guide us there.  American principles inspire people to achieve and thrive.  Liberal policies do not. They only motivate discord, conflict and hate.  We are witnessing this truth unfold today.

The United States of America is unique among the nations of the world.  We have been magnificently blessed by the hand of God.  We cannot survive without Him.  And woe to those of us who may be foolish enough to try.

America’s greatest national threat is not North Korea, Iran or Russia.  Our greatest threat is the domestic enemy of cultural and political liberalism.  We have many fierce and lengthy battles yet to fight.  Victory will not be instantaneous or easy.  But the only choice left to us is to enjoin the conflict through peaceful means now, or compulsory force and bloodshed in the near future.

American citizenship is a precious gift.  Preserving it demands precious sacrifice.
