Are nurses and public school "teachers" really heroes? For what?

In this New Age of media anti-truth and systematic deceit, it’s important to examine every word and implication—to question every symbolic gesture. Today’s truth-seekers must scrutinize every word, question every practice, and verify what is right to believe or risk falling victim to another dangerous scheme or scam.

Since the beginning of the COVID19 plandemic, every commercial news program, local and national, has taken the cue to deify the world’s champions. Hollywood and music industry celebrities, nurses, public school teachers, delivery drivers and private citizens who do the secular world’s bidding are suddenly being canonized by the Church of Secular Humanism. Why?

Are these people really heroes? What is a hero? Is every act of kindness worthy of such acclaim? Are some people worthy of exultation simply because of their chosen profession? Certainly not.

Circumspect and objective Americans are aware that our ultra-liberal news media is neither honest nor unbiased. Through countless discredited news reports from Russian hacking to the persecution of General Michael Flynn to the impeachment of President Trump over accusations of influencing Ukraine to sabotage former Vice President, Joe Biden’s presidential campaign, the integrity and trustworthiness of network news media are shattered.

When media hacks lie, their credibility decays according to a time constant. After three lies, their words become over 80% untrustworthy. At this point, those who persist in listening to them deserve the consequences of the foolishly gullible.

Said philosopher Immanuel Kant, “All of perception is colored by emotion.” A strong desire for truth is required to resist the pull of emotionalism. Deceivers and con artists manipulate people by steering their emotions. With Americans’ health, wealth, and security all at stake in the corona-virus scare, it’s time for citizens to look beneath the surface image that is being constantly painted for them.

Kant also said, “Great minds think for themselves.” Most of us are smart people. It’s time we started thinking for ourselves again. Ask questions. Avoid manipulation. Be no one’s fool.
