19) My car is clean, filled up and ready to go.

Upon examination, I find that I, without paying much attention to what Bond does, have followed the number of these rules most of my life. I recall once or twice when I ran out of cash and borrowed. But I always paid back when I borrowed promptly. While I never wore a watch, I recall hundreds of times when I was the first one to arrive at a meeting.

I've failed one rule miserably. Number 17… Rarely reading books. ;-)
