For those of you who have had a very difficult time in Life, here is a breath of fresh recollection from my tumultuous past. Even though it was not horrific as some or excessively dangerous, Life has been no crystal stairs, but nevertheless I am approaching a marvelous place in my journey.
When betrayal was my only child, I was given Strength to bear the labor. Because my naiveté was second nature, Wisdom and Knowledge became my best friends.
Rejection seemed to be a way of life, my shattered dreams laid before my feet, and all the kings’ horses and all the kings’ men could not put me back together again, Truth and Acceptance came riding valiantly to my rescue me with dreams more attainable and peace to withstand when I failed.
Strength has been so plentiful. Strength has always been there. Strength from within anchored in God has been one of my most valuable assets. Even when I thought I was coming to a decisive end, Strength came and catapulted into a new place. I just don’t have the Strength to quit, but to Overcome!
