How To Quit Drugs
by aldolf trumpleton

Considering quitting drugs?

To quit any drug it is vital that you concentrate on the reasons you do it, rather than the reasons you don't want to continue doing it.

Telling yourself you want to stop because it costs a fortune or that it is harmful to your health ect will make you more determined to quit - but crucially this approach will not provide you with the key that will release you from the addiction. In fact it serves only to make matters worse -because you create a strong sense of sacrifice. In effect you are trying to force yourself to give up your sacred pleasure and social crutch. When you beleive you have to give up a pleasure you begin to mope and grow increasingly miserable the longer you go without it.

We assume drugs make us more relaxed and happy ect, this should mean drug addicts are the happiest and most relaxed of all in our society. But the truth is invaribly the other way around, drugs make us overwhelmingly stressed and miserable. Therefore it is important to see through the illusions behind the so-called benefits and reverse those false beliefs.

If you are addicted to cocaine or hooked on cannabis feel free to contact me at my web site www.freewebs.com/easyquit I promise you it is ridiculously easy to quit both of these drugs - once you know how. No gimmicks or psycho-babble. You are free from your addiction the moment you close the book.
