Take my home, country roads...Frederick County...Eyler's Valley...Take me home.
With apologies to John Denver, the country roads of northern Frederick County are as inviting as they are seemingly remote. They traverse the hills and valleys of the Catoctin Mountains, a rural reserve in stark contrast to the sprawling subdivisions that have overtaken much of Frederick County, Maryland's erstwhile breadbasket.
