This is my favorite salad and one my friends request frequently. It's light and refreshing and great as a side with pasta dishes.
1 Bag Mixed Salad Greens
1 Sm. Can Mandarin Oranges, drained well
1 Sm. Container of Feta Cheese, Crumbled
1 Small Apple (I like Fuji), sliced (peeling optional)
1 C. Chopped Walnuts
Lite Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing
Toss first five ingredients together. Serve with raspberry vinaigrette salad dressing. You can also add sliced grapes as well.
