How do you feel when you drive in to work? Happy? Excited? Terrified? Hateful?

Wayne Kehl has written a book that can have a tremendous effect on the workforce - It is a readable and userfriendly book about management/personnel we can all identify with.

Kehl's main character, Walter Kennedy, eventually sells his family insurance company to a larger company - This company is the Poster Child for office discord.

Wayne wants to change this atmosphere, and hits into a brick wall - he finds a mentor in Joshua O'Hare, whose employees love their work, are open and amicable and are service oriented...Wayne wants his employees to experience that! Walter and Josh show the importance of 'If it ain't fun, it ain't worth doing!' Walter finds a clear understanding of what makes people happy in the workforce -

'Fun' is more than jolly - it is respect, honesty, clarity, and consideration for others...When those things are present at work, a peaceful and productive atmosphere exists.

WOW - wouldn't you love to work in that kind of an environment?

Kehl gives great insight into making a healthy work space - indeed I wish it was mandatory for every manager/boss/exec out there!

An insightful book with big implications for everyone.
