Book review of Beyond Happiness: How You Can Fulfill Your Deepest Desire by Frank J. Kinslow ISBN 10: 0-9796994-7-8, Triad Publishing Group, review by ellen george

I must confess, I tried to read this book a while earlier, but had to put it aside. Sometimes you have to be in a certain 'mindset' to read important works. This is one of those books. I picked it up again, and it POPPED for me - Frank Kinslow has written a step by step book on changing your life - another way to perceive your life, your existence -

He provides instead of excercises, provides experiences - and that they are - experiences. Kinslow takes you on a journey of self discovery - a different way of perception and it is amazing.

I started to 'dog-ear' pages that I wanted to share with you, but looking at the book next to me, nearly every page is dog-eared - some doubly dog-eared!

Kinslow helps us rethink emotions, such as depression, anger; health issues, pain, mental and physical; our everyday interaction with our family, workforce, even ourselves. He uses examples from the Upanishads, philosophers, and Einstein's thoughts, to name a few...

Kinslow was featured in Louise Aveni's premier internet talk radio show, "Now that's what I'm talking about!" His words can be heard in replays of that show on Sedona talk radio.

Kinslow is eloquent in his writing - not 'woo-woo' New Age talk - understandable means to turn your life around by how you perceive everything around us.

I am using his experiences as he writes each chapter - it is different - it is easy - and it has great merit.

A very BIG thing you can do for yourself.

Whether it's to fine tune yourself, regroup your life, aim to be healthier, both mentally and physically, this book is your ticket.
