Marieke and Clemens fall in love and they lead a life with love - even through some adversity. She is drawn to Clemen's family home and feels she has been there before.
Journals are found and Marieke unfolds the story of the van der Mehrs. And finds the answer to the mystery of why she feels the connection to the ring...
Jim writes with seamless styles between the two times - both ladies are worthy of love and you feel a kinship for these women. To see the true meaning of love and honor and what it takes to make a life out of adversity.
Excellent book, excellent premise.
