Women of True Grit is a brilliant look at showing the stories of 40 famous/successful ladies who share their lives with us to show us how they were able to overcome obstacles, whether family or work.

The great Maya Angelou contributed a marvelous poem to illustrate the book's theme. Just this can tell you how important this book is, to have one of the most amazing women of our time contribute to this book. Wow!!

Those of us in the business world can gain inspiration from this book. Young ladies starting out in their lives, who may meet people or situations that will cause them to realize it is a cold cruel world some time.

Nothing is easy.

But if you have True Grit, you can perservere and succeed. It isn't easy. But you can literally follow your dreams and look if these folks can succeed, they can.
 

Edie Hand and Tina Savas beautifully compiled this book that is an inspiration to all of us.

I do not know Ms. Hand, but I know the Savas family, and the creativity in that family is sky high. The gorgeous photos were taken by talented and famous photographer Chris Savas, His cousin, Paul is Tina's husband and they have a handsome son, Alex.

This is truly an inspirational book that gives us the courage to conquer obstacles in our lives, even if those obstacles are part of our psyche. You can succeed,

You just need true grit to get it done.
