How would you like to have an Ex whose mission is to destroy you even on the first day of your marriage?

Amber Heard has been crying out loud for an appeal over the verdict and, even though she has no money to pay for her lawyers and court fees and, most of all, the 10.3M penalty to Johnny Depp, she continues to cry for an appeal. But does she have grounds for her appeal?

Before she files for an appeal, she should know that not every case is appealable. She cannot appeal just because she does not like the verdict; there has to be solid legal reason(s) as to why a judge's decision of a lower court should be reversed. For example, an error in judgment has occurred according to the evidence submitted.

In Heard's case, pieces of evidence (including photos, videos and audio tape recordings) were presented to the jurors, who found they were manufactured evidence by Heard. The timeline and the events were wrong and did not coincide with her claim when police officers arrived at the scene.

Photos of her injuries were proven to have been constructed by her makeup artist by applying makeup to her face before taking photos of fake evidence. There were no bruises on her face when police arrived at the scene when she claimed the incident had occurred. She claimed she had a broken nose, but the police officers saw no bruises on her nose either.

The jury had unanimously made the decision to convict her because of the fake evidence she had provided. There was no error(s) in the jury's judgment.

After the verdict, Amber Heard suddenly claimed that she had more evidence to submit, which she had not had the chance to present before, and now she wants to appeal.

There were no grounds for her to appeal at all. A case can only be appealed when an error in judgment has occurred in the original trial, given the evidence shown in court, but there were no errors in judgment. The jury heard the case, saw the pieces of manufactured evidence that were presented and made their judgment accordingly. All of Heard's evidence had been proven by experts and law enforcement officers to be manufactured evidence constructed by Amber Heard herself.

In my opinion: Amber Heard CANNOT just simply manufactured more fake evidence after the verdict and said she did not have the chance to present it in court and wanted to file an appeal.

The law does not allow new evidence presented in an appeal that was not there in the original trial. To appeal the judge's and the jurors' decision she has to prove that they have erroneously wrongfully passed the verdict. But in this case, there was no wrongful judgment from the jury or the judge.

Well, this is my opinion after I have done some research on the U.S. Law for appeal. I could be wrong, we will soon find out.
