GROOVY CAT
Don’t you call me a lazy cat
All them days running around like rats
I am not the crazy wild cat
Sitting around with stuff like that
I am a laid back little kitty cat
Climbing onto pillows and all of that
Sitting in the window pane I have sat
And watched you play from where I’m at
Because I am a groovy laid back cat
Relaxing with silly stuff…just like that
I lay and lay around where you have sat
but I am not lazy and that is that…
I am an old kid at heart. I enjoyed this very much, Vickie. I think this could have been entered as a G in the poetry section. Very good job sweet lady.
