The waiting game should be called the frustration game

You must remember that the devil comes to steal, kill and to destroy. He will do everything he can to make you doubt the birth of your new blessing, as well as the visions and dreams the Lord has given you.


Stumbling blocks, yes they happen.

Drama, yes it happens.

Job changes, yes it can happen.

Relationship changes, yes it may happen.

Financial difficulties, yes it’s a possibility to happen.


Just remember all the promises of the Word and stand on those promises. The “waiting game” should be called the “frustration game” because it is during this time that you can become frustrated and discouraged at the progress which appears to not be happening. Just because there appears to be nothing happening does not mean that nothing is! If you cast your cares on God, He will handle your worries. While you are yet asleep He is fighting for you. When you are waiting to see the manifestation of God’s promises to you, you must realize that this is still a part of maturing.
