Editor - Five letters on this subject, and one point of view - and why would I think any differently after all, this is the San Francisco Chronicle? I can't believe the whining coming from the left. If Sen. Barack Obama can't handle simple, straightforward questions from the media, how will he deal with Sen. John McCain, let alone world leaders?

What Obama showed was his ability to not answer questions. Even though the pin question was trite, he never answered it. What angers the left the most is that we are beginning to see who the real Obama is, and he sure as heck isn't the next JFK! I am sure Caroline Kennedy is rethinking her misstep in backing Obama, "The campaign about nothing".
