Waterboarding: the US needs to get over it
Once again, President Obama, with a non-military background, is depending on neo-liberals in the military for advice, and once more he is mistaken on his waterboarding preoccupation. In its normal form, waterboarding is nothing more than harassment, and at its most severe, could be considered torture - but it's all in the application. Routinely, our own [US] special operations people have been waterboarded in survival school training. I know some liberals that consider latte without cream torture, so you see it's all in the viewer's perception, and the reality of the application. President Obama and the nation need to move on from this non-issue and non-productive politically charged debate.

Ted,
I agree...well, except for the latte without cream. That seems a bit cruel.
