Why no recycling bins at gas pumps in a financial metropolis?
Last Saturday as my huge carbon footprint through away yet another plastic soda bottle while filling my SUV gas tank, a light bulb went off over my head. (At least it was was of those energy effiicient twirly shaped bulbs.)
Why have I never seen a plastic bottle recycling bin at a gas pump or in a convenience store? Is it just my city or is this wide spread. I mean, I live in a large city, largest in the state, so I figure if it is not happening here it's not happening hardly anywhere.
So come on gas companies, get some recycling bins!
