Yes bad things happen for a real reason.

The Good Boss.

There was this man who was a boss of a company. This man was always the boss of the company. I guess you could say he was the owner also of the company. He was the owner and his son was his general manager. He would make the decisions and his son the manager would get things done. His company started out just a small company of just a couple of people and soon grew to be a huge company of hundreds of thousands of employees. So you can say that over the life of the company he had seen many people good, and also bad. He had seen many people come, and many go and never return again. Well, in his company, he needed to make sure that what the company was in business for got done. He trained many people to do it.
It became obvious that no one else felt the same passion as he did when the company was doing well. Every once in a while he would find a great person to lead the company into many profits. Then afterwards many would cause the company to lose again. Finally he decided that he would give as a retirement bonus a percentage of the whole company to all of the employees that did well for the company. He made an agreement with all of them that when he would retire then they would all get the company divided between them in percentages according to how they did for the company. He figured that if the employees really did like the company then they would try hard to make it better so it will mean more money for themselves when the owner retires. All of sudden, he had many people claiming the biggest percentage of the company. Some of the not so honest people got together and decided how to make the profits higher for themselves and they plotted how they can get rid of the other employees so they would have it all themselves. The owner couldn’t fire everyone who plotted this because he promised them all their part in the retirement bonus according to how they did. He could see clearly the difference between the good people who would take care of the company after he retires and the bad ones who would destroy all he spent his whole live building. When the owner caught on what the bad ones were doing he added just one more change to rid out the bad ones before it was too late. And in such a way that it wouldn’t make him a lier.
The owner went out onto the streets looking for someone. He went deep into the shadows of the neighborhoods to seek a person. Finally he found his man.
The next day the owner introduced the new assistant manager. It didn’t take long to see a sudden change in the company. The owners’ son was working his magic and the new assistant manager was working his own magic. The assistant manager was not what the managers’ son thought. The new assistant manager was lying to the people and was stealing from the company. The son of the owner came to tell him what was happening and the owner said to him,” wait and watch”. Finally the people started to form into two groups. One group favored the owners’ son, and worked side by side with him. The other group was more favored to the new assistant who was dishonest and lying to everyone.
Finally it was time. The owner came to them all and told the news. He said that he is going to form another company with the assistant manager as the general manager and his followers. Anyone who chose to stay got to stay and all whom chose to go with the new manager went with him. The ones who decided to work with the new manager moved over to the other company just in time for the old man to sell it off. Great move on the owners part. No longer was he still honored to pay the retirement bonus to them and No longer were the bad dishonest people working under him. They chose for themselves to leave with the new manager. The owners company grew and grew and finally when he did retire, he made millionaires, out of all the remaining employees.
You ever wonder why evil happens? You ever wonder why bad people are in great places? God has got them there to gather the rest of the bad ones so he can rid them away into the lake of fire. Good people tend to follow good people and bad follow bad. Just remember. If you’re a good person then stay away from the bad people so you don’t become one too. Before you know it you will see the bad finally get their punishment if you stay on the good side. Only on the good side can you really notice how bad the bad really is. But God created everything good and bad for a purpose. And God is Good.
